Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce manufacture cost by forming the coil of a head core by printed wiring technique. CONSTITUTION:In the 1st layer 1, through holes 11-1-11-5 are formed and between the through holes 11-2 and 11-3, and 11-4 and 11-5, conductors 12-1 and 12-2 are formed as the 1st conductor pattern. In the 2nd layer 2, through holes 21-1- 21-5 and a head core 22 are formed, and the core 22 is provided with a head gap 23. In the 3rd layer 3, through holes 31-1-31-5 are formed and between the through holes 31-1 and 31-2, and 31-3 and 31-4, conductors 31-1 and 32-2 are formed as the 2nd conductor pattern. The 1st-3rd layers 1-3 are combined together to connect the conductors 12-1-and 12-2 as the 1st conductor pattern and the conductors 32-1 and 32-2 as the 2nd conductor pattern together through the through holes, and the conductor patterns and through holes serve as the coil of the core.
