Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent heating of the work and improve working accuracy by controlling the intensity of laser beam during laser working in proportion to the moving speeds of the work. CONSTITUTION:At the same instant when a table 7 is started to move by a signal of start, laser beam 2 is outputted from a laser oscillator 1, and the work 5 is worked. At this time, the laser beam 2 is controlled in proportion to moving speeds by the moving command signal of a lamp circuit 9. Hence, the work 5 is prevented from being heated when the moving speed of the table 7 increases or decreases during accelerating and decelerating, whereby the laser working width is made constant. This is adaptable to laser working such as welding, hardening and scribing other than cutting.
