Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent oxidation of a metallic base material and to reduce operation time by heating the metallic base material to melt in a nozzle tube made of alumina, and make it spout out on a roll into a thin sheet beltunder an extra-rapid cooling process.
CONSTITUTION: By assembling with a trisected nozzle 10, a substantial body 11 of the nozzle and a continuous loading device 12, a nozzle tube 7 is constituted.
