Abstract
PURPOSE:To easily obtain a reproduced picture on the ordinary paper without fading or discoloring, by sticking the magneto-conductive colored pulverized particles to an electrical latent image which is formed on a continuous photoconductive latent image carrier and then securing a contact between the latent image and a copying medium to develop an image. CONSTITUTION:A continuous photoconductive latent image carrier 2 containing a continuous photoconductive layer 5 formed on a supporter 6 containing a conductive layer 7 and an original picture are closely contacted together and put on an exposure platen 13. Then a reflective exposure is given to the carrier and the original picture by an exposure light source 12 to form an electrical latent image. Then the carrier 2 is put into an inlet 14 and transported by a conductive belt 17 to be led into a development device 16. Then the conductive colored pulverized particles 8 are moved by a parmanent magnet 10 turning in a fixed conductive sleeve 9 so as to secure a contact to the carrier 2. At the same time, the development voltage VB is applied to the particle 8 via the sleeve 9 in order to make the particle 8 sticked to the latent image of the carrier 2 correspondingly. Then this carrier 2 is closely contacted to the copying medium inserted through an inlet 15 by means of an adhering roller 18, and the particle 8 is moved toward the copying medium by a pressure roller 19 to be exhausted. Then the copying medium is removed from the carrier 2.
