At this time, a moistureproof resin 5 such as 2-pack epoxy resin with low viscosity is applied to the laterial face of the substrates 1 by about 2-3mg. The substrates are then put in an oven and kept at about 50 deg.C to lower the viscosity of said moistureproof resin, and by allowing the moistureporoof resin 6 to penetrate into the gap between the substrates by capillarity, the peripheral part of the substrates is made moistureproof.
