Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve water content measuring performance while preventing error caused by unevenness of density with a simple structure, by installing a vibrator which makes uniform distribution of grain density in the grain measuring vessel. CONSTITUTION:A prescribed required quantitiy of sample grain is put in a measuring vessel 2, and the vessel 2 is placed on the board 10 installed in the measuring chamber 4 of a measuring box frame 1. When a vibration device 15 is operated, the grain density becomes even by way of vibration. When a timer 24 stops after predetermined time, a controlling circuit 13 starts to operate, and a sensor 19 detects water content in the grain, and the detected signal is sent to a compensation circuit 21. On the other hand, signal of the weight of grain detected by a weight detection part 12 of a weighing device 11 is also sent to the compensation circuit 21, and compensated and outputted through an amplifier 22. A junction R1 of the relay is closed by the stop signal of the timer 24, and the output of the amplifier 22 is given to an indicator 23. This system prevents the error from unevenness of density and improves water content measuring performance with a simple structure.
