Abstract

PURPOSE:To control easily temperature for preservation to prevent a quality from deteriorating due to freezing of a fatty emulsion by observing phase separation caused by supercooling using a sealed vessel filled with an emulsifier of higher alcohol having a specified number dissolved with a fat soluble pigment. CONSTITUTION:A fat soluble pigment is mixed in one that is single or a mixture of two or more kinds of C7-15 higher alcohol and that has a specified freezing point in the range of 0 deg.-10 deg.C, ones 2 obtained by emulsifying with water and a nonionic surface active agent are entered in a sealed vessel 1 to be used as an indicator for controlling temperature. A fatty emulsion, etc., for non administration are made such that they are not freezed not to cause granular fat to become gross and not to cause administration to be impossible, and used for control. When supercooled at the time of storage, the indicator is separated and colored oil droplets or an oil layer 3 is observed, so that control can be easily conducted without using an expensive device.
