Abstract
PURPOSE: To increase a recovery effect of heat in exhaust gas from an internal combustion engine, by providing an oxidative catalyser in an exhaust line of the engine for driving a heat pump, curving said exhaust line and forming a recovery part of the exhaust heat in the peripheral part of the exhaust line.
CONSTITUTION: An exhaust gas inlet port 9 connected with an inlet port 8 of secondary air for oxidation reaction is opened at the end part of a heat recovery part 4, then exhaust gas flows into an oxidative catalyser 10 and is cleaned. And the exhaust gas is inverted flowing into a plurality of exhaust heat recovery-heat exchanging parts 14 then discharged to the atmosphere from a tail pipe 15. Further to a portion in the heat recovery part 4 where no exhaust gas flows, inflowing water from a cooling water inlet port 16 is filled to flow out from a cooling water outlet port 17 after exchanging heat of the exhaust gas.
