Abstract
PURPOSE:To contrive to effectively utilize heat energy by providing a main boiler for heating at the lower part within a hot water reservoir for heating while a heat exchanger supplied with water from the outside of the hot water boiler is installed at the upper part thereof, and providing a hot water storage tank for supplying hot water in adjacent to the above storage tank unitarily therewith. CONSTITUTION:A heating pipe 10 and a heating return pipe 11 are connected to heating devices and a hot water inlet pipe 14 to each of hot water supply facilities. Thereafter, water is poured in the hot water storage tank 2 for heating from a water inlet port 15, and when the burner 4 of the main boiler 5 is ignited, water stored in the tank 2 is heated. Upon this occasion, the quantity of hot water is detected by a sensor 12, and the water level is adjusted to a constant value. When stored hot water within the tank 2 reaches a predetermined temperature, water feed to the water supply port 7 of the heat exchanger 6 is automatically started, and cool water is heat exchanged with hot water within the tank 2 and is converted into hot water, and hot water is poured in a water storage tank 3 through a hot water supply pipe 9. The level of stored hot water within the tank 3 is detected by a sensor 13 and adjusted to a predetermined quantity. When the level of the hot water is reduced, water pouring is commenced from the water inlet port 7.
