Abstract
PURPOSE: To save fuel consumption largely by coupling a boiler to a hot-water supply hot-water storage tank for circulation into a solar collector, heating the hot water in the storage tank to a preset temperature, and feeding the hot water.
CONSTITUTION: A solar heat storage instantaneous hot-water feeder 1 incorporates a feed water tank 3, a hot-water supply hot-water storage tank 2, and a boiler 4 fitted with a circulation heat exchanger 11 which are connected together. Water is fed from the tank 3 into the solar collector 5, and the resultant hot water is fed into and stored in the tank 2. Water is forcibly circulated into the solar collector 5 by a timer or an automatic temperature difference sensing action, and the hot water stored in the tank 2 is tapped via a pipe 14. When the hot water in the tank 2 is at low temperture, the hot water heated to a preset temperature is fed from the boiler 4 and tapped via a hot-water branch pipe 15.
