Abstract

The controller 24 is formed so as to calculate the water supply time TO as TO=TW+KW.TW by using the time TW until the heat exhanger 8 is filled with water and the switch 14 is at ON after the water valve 17 is at ON and the coefficient KW, and controlled so as to close the water valve 17 after the water supply time TO has elapsed.
