Abstract

CONSTITUTION:A magnetic head 2 and a cut head 3 are made to slide on a magnetic tape 1. The frequency of oscillation of a cue oscillator 7 is supplied to the head 3 via a switch (SW-2) after securing the interlocking to a reference oscillator 4 to be recorded on the tape 1 in the recording mode. In the reproducing mode, the reproduced cue signal supplied from the head 3 is supplied to a reproduction amplifier through the switch SW-2. The output of the amplifier 9 is supplied to a sample holding circuit 11 via a waveform shaping circuit 10.
