Abstract
PURPOSE:To realize a stable measuring circuit system to the environmental change, by securing a linear AC-DC conversion at a low level; CONSTITUTION:A sampling signal (frequency fQ) is set to a reference signal (frequency fs) with such conditions under which fs-nfQ=fc (fc: constant frequency) for the frequencies fs and fQ. Then a switching 5 is carried out for the reference signal by the sampling signal, and the recording is carried out to a magnetic recording medium 2 through a testing magnetic head 1. When reproducing, the reference signal part of the switching type reproduced reference signal is sampled and held by the sampling pulse produced from the signal obtained by giving an envelope wave detection 9 to the switching type reproduced reference signal supplied from a head 2. This reference signal receives a peak holding 14 and then an A/D conversion 15.
