Then the mixing ratio between a voice signal AU before postrecording and the signal PRAU is freely changed by a level controller 39 to be delivered from the adder 38. The output of an adder 40 is supplied to a recording amplifier and a bias adding device 42, and the bias signal is added to the circuit 42 by a bias signal generator 43.
