PURPOSE:To automatically drive a fan motor for discharging indoor air or for an air conditioner of a vehicle and open a window to improve efficiency of exhsust when a key is inserted in a door and indoor temperature is as high as 35 deg. or more for example. CONSTITUTION:A key switch 1 is turned on only by inserting a key into a door and thus a judgement drive circuit 2 and indoor temperature sensor 3 are turned on. If indoor temperature exceeds 35 deg.C, the judgement drive circuit 2 operates to drive a blower 4, etc. while a window is automatically opened and the blower 4, etc. are driven only one minute for example to forcibly discharge high temperature indoor air and lower the indoor air temperature approximately to the atmospheric temperature for a short time, so that uncomfortable feeling is avoided and cooling-down property is improved when an engine is started to drive the air conditioner.
