Abstract

PURPOSE:To save power of a compressor by increasing the quantity of outside air introduced through an air-conditioning duct to the maximum as well as driving a ventilator installed inside a vehicle so as to realize speed-up of ventilation, in case a temperature of the inside air is higher than that of the ouside air. CONSTITUTION:As an output voltage Vr of an inside air sensor 16 is lower than an output voltage Va of an outside air sensor 17 in case a temperature tr of the inside air is higher than a temperature ta of the outside air when a cooler switch being on, a control circuit 18 controls, thereupon, an actuator 19 so as to turn the opening theta of an inside- and outside air changover door 5 to the maximum, while controlling a controller 15 so as to increase the number of rotations of a ventilator 6 to the maximum, and thereby the rate of outside air introduction is increased to 100%. Additionally, a ventilator 22 is also driven, then, the outside air is introduced into a vehicle and the inside air is exhausted outside from a duct 23 through a trunk room 26, and thus ventilation may be conducted.
