Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide cool feeling and stimulous feeling effectively by a method wherein a fan motor is driven by a pulse signal and a number of revolution of the fan motor is varied in accordance with a time.
CONSTITUTION: A change-over switch 11 is provided between a driving circuit 6, controlling a driving of a fan motor 3, and a wind-speed controllig portion 5, and an ON-OFF control of the change-over switch 11 is effected by a pulse wind-speed controlling portion 10. According to this system, a number of revolution (an amount of blown-off air) can be changed in accordance with a time, therefore, cool feeling and stimulous feeling may be increased.
