Abstract

PURPOSE: To conserve energy by reducing a tilted angle of hydraulic pump as well as the revolving number of engine when operating an actuator slowly.
CONSTITUTION: An input control unit 51 is equipped with a piston rod 42 inserted. The piston rod 42 is connected to a rider 47, which controls the angle of inclination of a hydraulic pump, through springs 41 and 43. An oil chamber 39 of a piston 40 is connected to a surbo pump 31 coupled to an engine which drives the hydraulic pump on one hand and is connected to a selector valve 34 connected to a discharge oil channel 52 of the hydraulic pump on the other hand. With this construction, the number of revolution for engine can be reduced when an operation handle is not handled or slightly operated, while the surbo pump 31 can detect the reduced number of revolution for the engine and can reduce the angle of inclination of the hydraulic pump by reducing the discharge pressure of the surbo pump. Therefore, conservation of energy can be accomplished.
