Abstract
PURPOSE: To improve control response by fixing the discharge quantity of a variable- discharge quantity pump when the quantity is less than a predetermined quantity, and by taking out pilot pressure of a pressure control pilot spool valve from the secondary side of a sequency valve.
CONSTITUTION: A control unit is disposed on a variable-discharge quantity pump 13, a flow rate control valve 14, and the secondary side of the valve 14, and is provided with a sequence valve 16 for biasing the pressure of the primary main pipe line at a high value for a predetermined value, a flow rate control pilot spool valve 17, a remote control relief valve 20, a pressure adjusting pilot spool valve 18, a pressure compensation valve 22 and a pressure valve 21 for exhausting surplus oil produced when a hydraulic actuator stops, which is disposed on the secondary side of the sequence valve 16. Oil pressure for controlling the discharge quantity of the variable-discharge quantity pump 13 is directly supplied not through a throttle to heighten the response of flow rate control, and the variable-discharge quantity pump 13 is adapted to function as a fixed-discharge quantity pump in case of less than a predetermined flow rate so as to assure a low-speed operation of a cylinder. Pump pressure is kept at more than a fixed value by the sequence valve 16 to heighten the flow rate response at the time of low load.
