Abstract

PURPOSE: To secure a stable operation through perfect flow control for decelection, by operating a drive hydraulic cylinder and a separate control cylinder during speed reduction and thus forming poppet control to logic elements.
CONSTITUTION: When a solenoid valve 21 is shifted to an advance location A, pressurized oil is exerted to the pilots of logic elements 19 and 20, and the pilot of a logic element 18 is connected to a tank 17. Therefore, the pressurized oil of a hydraulic pump 16 pushes up the poppet 18A of the element 18 and flows into a heat side chamber 11B of a drive cylinder 11 from its end and advances a driven member 12. A reduction mechanism 100 consisting of a solenoid valve 23, a control cylinder 52 and a logic element 51 is installed in place of a conventional reduction system 100 in a system like this. This reduction system 100 operates the control cylinder 50 when it receives reduction speed command and lowers a poppet 51A through a rod 52, thereby limiting the flow rate.
