CONSTITUTION:The frequency dividing ratio selecting signal from a frequency dividing ratio selecting counter 14 is supplied through a frequency dividing ratio change-over switch 13 to a program frequency divider 12. Further, fixed contact points of the switch 13 are connected with the respective D inputs of the program divider 12. Accordingly, by switching selectibly the switch 13, the combined output from the counter 14 is changed arbitrarily and supplied to the divider 12 to enable a desired order for frequency dividing ratio selection to be set.
