Abstract

CONSTITUTION:The phase of a data pulse inputted to an input terminal 1 is compared with the phase of an output of a voltage controlled oscillator 4 and a phase difference detecting circuit 2 detects a lead phase difference A or lag phase difference B. The phase difference signal A or B turns on a TR8 or 9 to flow a current I1' or I2'. The currents I1', I2' pass respectively through low pass filters 3, 3a to be potentials C, D. The difference of the potentials C, D is amplified at a differential amplifier 5 and inputted to the voltage controlled oscillator 4. The frequency of the output pulse of the voltage controlled oscillator 4 is synchronized with the data pulse of the input terminal 1 according to the voltage difference of the potentials C, D.
