Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent damage of a rubber bag and a float of oil gauge of a fully equipped transporting type oil-immersed transformer and to enhance reliability of the transformer by a method wherein when the transformer is to be transported, a conservator for transportation and a nitrogen gas tank are provided, and insulating oil is accomodated in the conservator for transportation. CONSTITUTION:To transport the transformer main body 11 being coupled with a conservator 13 for operation through a piping 12, the conservator 15 for transportation is coupled through a valve V2 and a piping 14 making to branch from the piping 12. The conservator 15 for transportation accomodates a rubber bag 23 in a case 22, and is coupled to the nitrogen gas tank 25 through a piping 24. After insulating oil 20 in the conservator 13 for operation is drained away from an oil drain valve V8 of the transformer main body 11 and is sent into an oil tank 30, insulating oil is sent in the outside of a rubber bag 23 of the conservator 15 for transporatation using a vacuum pump 27, and nitrogen gas supplied from a nitrogen gas cylinder 28 is sealed in the nitrogen gas tank 25 and in the rubber bag 23 of the conservator 15 for transportation. Accordingly the rubber bag 17 and the float 21a in the conservator 13 for operation can be protected from vibration to be generated by transportation.
