Abstract

PURPOSE:To simultaneously detect not only contents of an ROM but also an error of a digital signal send-out control device, by a simple constitution, by reading out a digital value of an audible tone signal which is stored in the ROM, and comparing the total number of a bit ''1'' or ''0'' with the set number. CONSTITUTION:When a minimum counting value of an up-down counter C is detected by a minimum detecting circuit HD, a counter COUNT is reset through a timing circuit TIM. As a result, a digital audible tone signal which is written in an ROM is read out through the up-counting counter C, and the total number of a bit ''1'' passing through a parallel-series converting circuit PS is counted by the counter COUNT. In the event of dissidence of this counting value and a set value of a register REG, an FF is set by an AND circuit AG2 which is opened by a maximum detecting circuit TD through the circuit TIM, and a prescribed display is executed. Accordingly, it is possible to simultaneously detect not only contents of the ROM but also an error of a digital signal send-out device such as the minimum detecting circuit or the maximum detecting circuit, by a simple constitution.
