Abstract

PURPOSE:To achieve a display characteristics which are stable and correspond to the fluctuation of an input amount, by discriminating the state of a display device from the input amount counted within a prescribed count time and a fluctuation input amount counted within an arbitrary detection time within this time. CONSTITUTION:When an input pulse is applied from a terminal 11, the operation of a count time start circuit 12 starts with the leading of the first pulse and the reference pulse is introduced to a count time generating ciurcuit 14. The circuit 14 produces a prescribed count time G1 signal counting the input pulse and a prescribed detection time G2 signal detecting fine change of the input pulse having a very shorter time than the time G1, and they are inputted to an input count circuit 15. The circuit 15 makes count within the time G1 for the input pulse, and the count value is displayed on a display device 17 via a display latch circuit 16. The output data of the circuits 15, 16 are compared at a data coincidence detecting circuit 18, and if the input pulse is fluctuated and both the data are not allowed to coincide in the time G2, pulses are produced from a latch pulse generating circuit 19, and the count value fluctuated from the circuit 15 is fetched in the circuit 16 for the display.
