Abstract
PURPOSE:To equalize a photoreceiving quantity to a photodetector by a reflected and separated light beam from the respective diffracted structure substances, by controlling a reflection factor of the grid reflection surface of an optical separator which has been formed by superposing plural relief type diffracted structure substances whose area is different, respectively, on different planes. CONSTITUTION:In a photometric field of view 103, relief type diffracted structure substances 104, 105 whose area is different, respectively, are provided by superposing them, and a mean pgotometric part B and a partial photometric part A are formed. A light beam which has entered the A-zone is diffracted and wave-guided to a photodetector DA and that which has entered the B-zone to a photodetector DB, respectively. The diffracted structure substances 104, 105 are provided on the respective different planes by a reflection film on the diffracted grid surface in the B-zone and the A-zone, respectively. The photometric extent of DA, DB is equalized by controlling a reflection factor of the A-zone and the B-zone in accordance with an area of each zone. It is possible either to make the reflection factor equal in each zone, or to vary it by dividing the zone further to areas.
