Abstract
PURPOSE:To provide a prescribed optical path length difference to plural split luminous fluxes, to make the luminous flux vertically incident to each photodetector, and also to reduce the incidence of a stray light to the photodetector, by forming a vapor-deposited film on the surface of a large block and a small block of a transparent body, and making a reflection surface. CONSTITUTION:A vapor-deposited film is formed on each reflection surface 12, 13, 111 and 112 of a large block 3 and a small block 11 of a transparent body, and it is made a reflection surface. A light which has been made incident to a splitting means 2 consisting of a diffraction grating which has placed a plurality of lattice lines on an incident surface 21 of an optical splitter unit 1 is diffracted, is split to plural luminous fluxes, a luminous flux 41 is reflected by the reflection surfaces 111, 112, and is made incident vertically to a photodetector 61. Between each luminous flux 41-45 made incident to the photodetectors 61-63, a prescribed optical path length difference is generated, and a stray light made incident to the photodetectors 61-63 is reduced.
