Abstract
PURPOSE: To lower the coefft. of surface friction by coating the surface of magnetic powder with a sulfur compound as a lubricating layer.
CONSTITUTION: The surfaces of magnetic powder which is powder of a permanent magnet material or ferrite are coated with a compound of the constituting element for the magnetic powder abd sulfur or an org. sulfur compound. By lowering the coefft. of surface friction of the magnetic powder by using said coating layer as a lubricating layer, the density and orientation characteristic of the power magnet are improved and the magnetic is made higher in performance.
