Abstract

PURPOSE:To lengthen the heat cycle life of a head part, by arranging an intermediate member into an adhesive layer for bonding the head part to a base so that the thermal strain in the head part due to the difference of thermal expansions is lessened. CONSTITUTION:The head part 2 comprising ceramic bodies 4a, 4b and heat-sensitive resistances 5a, 5b formed thereon by photo-etching or deposition is attached onto the base 1 by an adhesive 3. Into the adhesive 3 is arranged the intermediate spacer 7, the intermediate spacer 7 having a thermal expansion coefficient intermediate between those of the base 1 and the ceramic bodies 4a, 4b so that the thermal strain which will be raised when the adhesive 3 is cured is distributed stepwise by the presence of the spacer 7.
