CONSTITUTION:In a mixing tank 10 in which inner and outer tubes 1 and 2 are enclosed at both ends and a solution pathway 14 is formed by the inner tube and the outer tube 1, an introducing pipe 12 and a discharge pipe 13 for solution 11 are connected in the tangential direction of the outer tube 1, and a supply pipe 21 for supplementary liquid 20 is connected in the normal direction of the outer tube 1 in such a way that its tip is projected from the central parts of the tubes 1 and 2 and the back of a nozzle is directed to the flow of the liquid.
