Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the stability of an oscillating frequency against the fluctuation of power supply voltage, by decreasing and increasing a resistive component of a time constant circuit in response to the increase/decrease of the voltage representing the fluctuation of the power supply voltage. CONSTITUTION:In a CR time constant circuit 12, a voltage dependent variable resistive element 14 is connected between the gate of transistors (TRs)Q1 and Q2 and a connecting point B, and a capacitor 15 is connected between a connecting point of the gate of the Trs Q1 and Q2 and the element 14, and a reference voltage, e.g., ground potential. Even if threshold voltage is increased at the increase in the power supply voltage, the charging time constant is decreased but a discharge time constant becomes constant. Thus, the fluctuation of the oscillated frequency can be suppressed and the oscillating frequency is made stable.
