Inverted signals 2<0>-2<n> of digital signals are applied to the gates of the MOSFET Q0-Qn through inverters IV0-IVn and time constant circuits consisting of resistances R0-Rn and capacitors C0-Cn. Consequently the current outputs of the MOSFET Q0-Qn are gradually raised, so that higher harmonic components included in the current I0 outputted from an output terminal P1 is extremely reduced.
