Abstract

PURPOSE: To amplify a large power with a simple constitution, by using a differential output of a one set differential amplifier for voltage amplification as a driving source for two sets of power amplifiers.
CONSTITUTION: A signal from a signal source 20 is amplified with a 1st stage voltage amplifying section 9 of a push-pull differential system. This signal is given to a voltage amplifying section 10 of the 2nd stage. The phase of the collector between a PNP transistor (TR)13 and an NPN TR14 is opposite to that between a PNP TR15 and an NPN TR16. An output stage amplifying section 11 and an output stage power amplifying section 12 connected to each collector are opposite with each other and operated at the same time. Thus, signals outputted at output terminals 17 and 18 are appeared in the opposite phase. When a load is connected between the output terminals 17 and 18, the BTL connection is obtained and a large power can be obtained.
