Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide a heat-accumulating composition having suppressed supercooling tendency and capable of effectively discharging the latent heat of solidification-melting, by mixing a hydrated salt heat-accumulating agent with its nucleating agent exposing said nucleating agent, and mixing the mixture with a synthetic resin having a specific density.
CONSTITUTION: A hydrated salt heat-accumulating agent (preferably calcium chloride hexahydrate, sodium sulfate decahydrate, etc.) is mixed with its nucleating agent (preferably strontium chloride hexahydrate etc. for calcium chloride hexahydrate, and borax, etc. for sodium sulfate decahydrate) exposing at least a part of said nucleating agent, and the mixture is compounded with a synthetic resin having a specific gravity of 1.3W1.8 (preferably filled polyethylene resin, etc.) to obtain the objective composition.
