Abstract

PURPOSE: To eliminate the nonlinearity of the transmision properties for an amplifying element, by detecting the current of a voltage-current converting circuit consisting of a differential amplifying circuit and a current mirror circuit by means of a current-voltage converting circuit and then converting the detected current into the voltage.
CONSTITUTION: For only the signal component, the difference between the input voltages Vi1 and Vi2, i.e. Vi1-Vi2 is produced between the gates of FETs (2a) and (5a) as well as between FETs (2b) and (5b). At the same time, a linear signal current (Vi1-Vi2)/2R which is proportional to the difference of the input signal voltage flows to the resistances (3a), (3b), (4a) and (4b) respectively. This signal current flows to the current mirror circuits (23a) and (23b) and is detected by a current-voltage converting circuit 30 to be converted into the linear output signal voltge which is proportional to the difference of the input signal voltage. This signal voltage is extracted through the output terminals (T4) and (T5).
