Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain simply the difference of the currents flowing through two MOS- FET by making the potential difference of the MOS-FET connected with two MOS- FET to be detected negative feedback through a differential amplification circuit. CONSTITUTION:In the range of working potential the characteristics of the MOS- FET 1 and 2 are selected so that the current flowing through the MOS-FET 5 from the power source 14 in the state wherein the MOS-FET 3 is removed may be bigger than the current flowing through the MOS-FET 6. The potential difference between the points 11 and 12 is made to make negative feed-back to the MOS-FET 3 through a differential amplifier 7 for making the values of the currents flowing through the load elements 5 and 6 equal. Accordingly, the current flowing through the MOS-FET is equal to the difference between the currents flowing through the MOS-FET 1 and 2 so that the current proportional to said current difference can be obtained at the output terminal 10 of the MOS-FET 4. Thereby in case the linear voltage current characteristic is required the difference of the current flowing through the MOS-FET can be easily obtained.
