Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve S/N ratio and lengthen the life of contacts, by employing E type core with by-pass magnetic path. CONSTITUTION:First-third poles 31-33 are installed on E type ferrite core 30 on body side. An exciting coil 34 is wound on the first pole 31, and a sensor coil 36 is on the third pole 33. E type ferrite core 37 on shank side of a touch sensor has first-third poles symmetrically spaced from the core 30 by a gap l2. A coil 41 for opening and closing the magnetic path is wound on the third pole 40 and connected in series to a contact 42 of a switch of the touch sensor. When the contact 42 os closed, magnetic flux passing throgh the third pole 40 decreases in turn magnetic flux passing through the third pole 33 also decreases thereby the generating voltage in the sensor 36 becomes small. Thus switching signal of the contact 42 is transmitted to the sensor coil 36 in good S/N ratio.
