The used tires are burnt incompletely and gasified. The gas generated flows into the burner 8 through a gas pipe 10 and is burnt completely here. The burner 8 is provided on the combustion hole of a combustion device such as a boiler etc. In this way a large quantity of used tires can be burnt and the used tires can be used secondarily as fuel.
