Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve reliability by discriminating between a fault of the 1st kind which exerts evil influence upon the operation of a central processor and that of the 2nd kind which exerts no influence, and allowing all central processors to operate independently of a centralized monitoring device when the fault of the 1st kind occurs. CONSTITUTION:If a fault regarding an input and output equipment IO occurs to a centralized monitoring device SVPF, central processors CPU perform normal operation continuously. If another fault occurs, fault information mj1 is transferred to the central processors CPU to disregard control data transferred through a common bus BUS. Therefore, the central processors CPU can not avoid evil influence upon their operation states.
