Abstract

PURPOSE:To decrease the number of parts and to improve productivity by bending the outer circumferential part of a substrate as a terminal and by fixing the substrate by pressing it. CONSTITUTION:The outer circumference 1-3 of a conductive substrate is bent by 90 deg. except at a projection 1-1 and a notch 1-4, and after a piezoelectric plate 2 is stuck, a lead 5 is provided. At some part of a cylindrical bottomed frame 4 made of an insulator which has a hole 4-2 at the bottom and serves as a cover, a notch 4-1 where the projecting piece of the substrate is to be inserted, and the substrate 1 is pressed in the frame 4. A terminal plate 7 is pressed in the hole 4-3 of the frame 4 and the insertion is stopped by a projection 7-2 while a projection 7-2 prevents extraction. When the width of the terminal plate 7 is made less than that of the notch 1-4 of the substrate 1, the terminal plate is made close to the substrate to reduce the overall height. This constitution decreases the number of parts and improves productivity.
