Abstract

CONSTITUTION:The commutator segment 2 made of a low cost metal material is fixed to a hub 6 being fixed with a rotor winding 7 interposing an insulator 4 between them, a tap 5 of the rotor winding 7 is connected thereto, and the commutator segment 3 made of the precious metal is fixed using the conductive adhesive only to the part of the commutator segment 2 whereon the brush is to come in contact with. Accordingly the DC machine having high performance can be manufactured at the low cost.
