Abstract
PURPOSE:To set oscillation frequencies of respective circuit to the same constant value all the time, by employing the circuit constitution where oscillation frequencies do not relate with a power voltage. CONSTITUTION:Reference voltages VL and VH of reference voltage generating circuits 1 and 2 are so set that VL>VH. Right after a power source is turned on, a voltage VA at point A is lower than the VL lower than the VH, so the output signals of voltage comparing circuits 3 and 4 are at a high and a low level respectively. Then, an FF7 composed of a C-MOSFET is reset and its output signal is at a low level. This low-level signal is inverted to a high level by an inverter consisting of C-MOSFETs 9 and 10, and the voltage VA rises gradually toward a voltage V. At the timing where VH>VA>VL, the output of the FF7 never changes and when VA> VH, the output of the inverter 8 is inverted to a low level. Therefore, the voltage VA drops gradually toward a 0. From this point in time, the FF7 is set and reset repeatedly and a signal OSC at an NOR gate 6 side has a prescribed frequency. This period, however, does not relate to the power voltage.
