Abstract

PURPOSE:To achieve sufficient width of each terminal wire by employing an indicating insulated substrate where the segment anodes and each terminal wires are printed and a framed insulated substrate where the terminal wire of grid electrode and the terminal wire of filament electrode are printed. CONSTITUTION:A segment anode 2 and a terminal wire 3 are printed on an indicating insulated substrate 1. While a through-hole 4a is made in the framed insulated substrate 4 and the terminal wires for the grid electrode and the filament electrode are printed. A grid electrode 6 and a filament support are provided on said substrate 4 then a filament electrode 7 is fixed to said support. Thereafter said substrate 4 is mounted such that the through-hole 4a is faced on a segment anode 2 of said substrate 1 and after mounting a cover glass 8 on said substrate it is encapsulated.
