Abstract

PURPOSE:To automate the support of a coil frame to a base by forming a plurality of projections at flanges of the coil frame and forming a lead wire of the coil connected to a conductor at the projection. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of projections 4 are formed at the flanges 2, 3 of the coil frame 1, and a coil lead wire 6 is wound at the projections 4. On the other hand, a conductor 5 such as copper plate or the like is attached to the projections 4. Then, a terminal copper plate 9 is attached to a base 7 using a printed board or the like, and a supporting hole 8 is formed at the coil frame for fixing the frame. The projections 4 of the flanges 2, 3 are inserted into the holes 8 to connect the copper plate 5 to the terminal copper plate 9 with solder or the like. In this manner, the coil frame and the electric connection can be simultaneously conducted to automate the assembly of them.
