As to the conductive plastic film, the rate of mixing of the plastic and the conductive carbon is 100:2-100 in weight ratio and the volume resistivity is 1-10<3>OMEGA-cm and the film is on market. The thickess of the conductive plastic film is 50-300mum, and a metallic thin layer (100-2,000Angstrom for evaporated layer and 5-30mum for foil) is provided on it, and a photoconductive layer is provided on a free surface of the metallic thin layer with a conventional method.
