Abstract
PURPOSE:To make the automatic inspection of the inner and outer faces of a tubular body possible, by installing a prescribed apparatus in the tubular body of the inspection object and installing it to a guide shaft. CONSTITUTION:A tubular body 1 is provided with a freely insertable arm device 20 for opening and shutting type fixing, a guide shaft 24 being capable of joining with the device 20 and connecting with a positioning mechanism 25 and a pliable mechanism 26, an unit 10 having a head for inspection 12 of the inner face and tip face of the body 1 and including a mechanism moving to an axis center direction of the shaft 24 held by the shaft 24 and a sensor 16 detecting a relative distance between the unit 10 and the body 1. Further, after a shaft center 2 of the body 1 is accorded with the center of the shaft 24, the unit 10 is moved to the axis direction of the shaft 24 and the inner face and tip face of the body 1 are inspected automatically by the head 10.
