Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform the titled bending with a good heat efficiency and without a nuisance to a working environment, by making a heating medium to circulate in a tube, bending the plasticized tube into a predetermined shape under a continuous circulation of the heating medium, then making a cooling medium to flow. CONSTITUTION:A heating medium is circulated in a first circulation route A by closing valves 6, 11, 12, 13 and opening valves 9, 10, a thermoplastic resin made tube 8 is plasticized and the tube 8 is set in a mold. The heating medium is further circulated as it is being set. Then, air D is made to flow through the tube 8 by opening a valve 10 of a second circulation route B and closing the valve 6 of the first circulation route A and the heating medium in the tube 8 is returned to a tank 1. Then, by closing the valves 9, 12 and opening the valves 11, 13 a cold water C is made to flow in the tube 8 and it is cooled and washed. By closing the valve 11 and opening the valve 12 air is made to flow again and the water in the tube 8 is removed. Closing the valve 12, the tube 8 is taken off from flanges 7a, 7b and the valve 13 is closed and the valve 9 is opened. Thereafter this operation is repeated.
