Abstract
PURPOSE:To contrive a reduction in assembling man-hours and quantities of parts and to improve assembling workability for cost reduction, by providing an air duct delimitation protruding stripe and a reinforcement protruding stripe on a plane surface of a heat exchanger plate in an opposite direction to each other are formed in a body. CONSTITUTION:In heat exchanger plates 2 and 3, each of protruding stripes 8, 9,14 and 15 acts as a spacer to secure a primary and a secondary air ducts 23, 24 and a sheltor wall to the exterior of the air duct, and these protruding stripes 8,9,14 and 15 are formed on the heat exchanger plates 2 and 3 themselves in a body, compared with heat exchanger plates wherein separate things are adhered to or connected with them afterward quantities of parts and assembling man- hours for these heat exchanger plates become smaller, assembling workability is improved and cost is reduced in general. Reinforcement protruding stripes 12 and 13 are formed on air vents 10 and 11 of the first heat exchanger plate 2 in a body, and reinforcement protruding stripes 18 and 19 are formed on air vents 17 and 16 of the second heat exchanger plate 3 in one body.
