Abstract
PURPOSE:To simplify the setting of an end point of a quadric curve signal and its discrimination algorithm, by detecting the end point through the coincidence between a sign of a differential coefficient of the end point and either value of X or Y coordinate. CONSTITUTION:In equations of a quadric curve signal generating section CC, the coincidence between a value Y of the Y coordinate outputted to a Y counter CUY and a value YE of end point coordinae set to an end point register R4 and that between a value of an SFX(1-bit) and a signal SFXE of the differential coefficient of the end point set to an end point register R1 are detected at coincidence detecting circuits EX01 and EX02, and when the two are coincident, the point is detected at the end point. A completion signal from a gate circuit GO is given to the section CC to stop a quadric curve signal output.
