Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain a golden film excellent in metal gloss by a method wherein a resin film containing an aluminum fine powder is formed on a substrate and a transparent resin film containing a mica fine powder and a yellow or an orange coloring agent is further formed thereon.
CONSTITUTION: A resin film containing an aluminum fine powder is applied to a substrate over the entire surface thereof or in a desired pattern and a transparent resin film containing a mica fine powder and a yellow or an orange coloring agent is formed thereon. In another method, a resin film containing the mica fine powder is coated at first and a transparent resin film showing a yellow color or an orange color is applied to previously formed transparent resin film to form a golden coating excellent in metal gloss. As the vehicle of a coating agent, a water diluting printing ink can be used. As the aluminum fine powder, a scaly aluminum fine powder with 100W500 mesh is preferred and, as the mica fine powder, a scaly mica fine powder with 100W500 mesh is preferred.
